David R. Schwartz is a Managing Member of Waterton Associates, LLC,. Mr. Schwartz is also a Managing Member of Evergreen Realty Partners, an entity that specializes in the acquisition and repositioning of industrial properties. He has been a principal in real estate investment and finance since 1985. Mr. Schwartz received his bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois. He holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Mr. Schwartz is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Multi Housing Council and is a member of The Urban land Institute. Mr. Schwartz is Immediate Past President of the University of Chicago Children's Hospital Pediatric AIDS auxiliary and is a member of the Visiting Committee of the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Chicago and a Central Board Member of the Jewish Community Centers of Chicago.
