Waterton Residential is the "brand" name for Waterton's multifamily investment and management business. Since 1996, Waterton Residential has acquired and operated over 39,000 apartment units in 110 communities nationwide at a total investment cost of over $3 billion.
Our main headquarters is located in Chicago with regional offices in Dallas, Atlanta, Northern Virginia, and Southern California. Today our company manages over 16,000 apartments that are located in 15 major markets and 13 states.
