Waterton Residential is the residential management division of Waterton Associates L.L.C. Our main office is in Chicago with regional offices in Dallas, Atlanta, Northern Virginia and Southern California. Today our company manages over 16,000 apartments that are located in 15 major markets and 13 states.
Waterton's strength in property management is an outgrowth of our two basic management philosophies.
First, no one manages a property more effectively than an owner, and second, no one is in a better position to make value-enhancing operating decisions than the management personnel closest to our residents. Our people have yeas of experience in working with all types of product from tax credit, to market rate, to upscale.
