Waterton Residential was founded in 1998 as the residential management team of Waterton Associates, L.L.C. Our main office is located in Chicago with regional offices in Dallas, Las Vegas, Miami, and Orlando. Today our company manages over 15,000 apartments that are located in 15 major markets and in 12 states.
Waterton's strength in property management is an outgrowth of our two basic management philosophies. First, no one manages a property more effectively than an owner, and second, no one is in a better position to make value-enhancing operating decisions than the management personnel closest to our residents. Our people have years of experience in working with all types of product from tax credit, to market rate, to upscale.
