Waterton Residential Property Fund X
Waterton Resident Property Fund X is the latest joint venture between the California State Teacher's Retirement System ("CalSTRS") and Waterton Associates L.L.C. The Fund, Waterton's fourth joint venture with CalSTRS, raised $222 million in equity with total capitalization up to $635,000,000. The fund, which is fully discretionary, is targeting value-add and opportunistic multi-family investments nationwide.
